Andrea Ponticiello from Sant'Elpidio a Mare is a creative and he is describing the period of forced quarantine from home, looking out towards the sea, in the Diary of a Resilient in the Times of COVID, to which he entrusts short poems like this one:

 

"The singing is replaced

 

some birds

 

to the din

 

of machines

 

The pines sing

 

in the breath of the wind

 

it's time to return

 

to the attics

 

to remove with courage

 

the dust

 

and put it back
